Joining
the Programme
Upon completion of the online application form, you are agreeing to
promote our properties on On-Request, or on a legitimate web site that
does not promote violence or illegal activities, discriminatory practices,
or cruelty to children, animal or the environment. We reserve the right
to refuse entry to the affiliate programme at any stage of the application
(including after acceptance on your site).
Terms and Termination of this Agreement
The Term of the Agreement shall be for a minimum period of one year
from the date of acceptance and receipt of your affiliation form. Either
party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause,
by giving written or e-mail notification of termination. Upon termination
by us, we will immediately remove all our properties from your site and
all references to us. All commission will be paid for any sales generated
until the termination of this Agreement.
Your
site
The publication of our properties into your web site is free of charge
for the Preferred Partner. You are solely responsable for the maintenance,
running and development of your site and its contents.
OBLIGATIONS
OF THE AFFILIATE
1.
Availability Request
Contact our Company with all the information and details concerning
the availability request (Name of the Client, number of persons, accommodation
selected, dates...). Once the availability is confirmed by our company,
communicate us immediately about your client final acceptation. The booking
will not exceed the maximum number of persons (including infants) mentioned
on the booking form and occupying the property and this shall be the contractual
number and should not be exceeded at anytime, unless modified by mutual
consent. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age, must take
part of the travelling party and will be the responsible for all persons
named on the booking form.
2.
Deposit
All deposit paid for accommodation is non-refundable. In the case
that we receive your deposit before the booking has been confirmed and
that in the unlikely event that we are unable for whatever reason to accept
the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
3.
Cancellation and No Shows

The
effective date of change or cancellation is the date that our Company
receives notice of the change or cancellation in writing, by fax, letter
or E-mail. In case of non payment of the balance at the prescribed time,
the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and will not proceed
to refund the deposit.
4.
Late arrival and behaviour
In the case that you are suffering delays, notify the Company with
the contact telephone numbers provided. All Clients are expected to behave
and be considerate with the likely to cause danger, distress, annoyance
or damage to property, our Company reserves the right to terminate the
accommodation arrangements. The Client will be responsible for any expenses
we incur as a result of its behaviour.
5.
Access to the property
The Client will take good care of the property and will leave it in
the same condition of cleanliness and of repair as found upon arrival.
The Client will also permit the owner of the property, its representatives,
to access the property in order to carry urgent maintenance. The necessity
of that maintenance is up to the owner or our Company to decide.
6. Security deposit
Full details of a valid Credit Card is required to cover any damages,
breakages, telephone charges. In the case that no Credit Card is available,
a deposit for a minimum total of 75.000 PTAs (Spanish Pesetas) must be
paid by cheque or cash at the arrival in the property. The amount as security
deposit will be deposited by the clients upon arrival, at key collection.
Such amount will be returned to the clients at their departure, after
checking the property for damages or losses, and paying any standing bills.
7.
Force Majeure
For any reason that could affect the arrival of Clients in any type
of our accommodations, the Client will not receive any compensation from
our Company in case of such events that are qualified as "Force Majeure",
such as wars, strikes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, weather conditions,
or similar circumstances beyond our control.
8.
Rates
All prices are stated in public rates, the Preferred Partner undertakes
to sell all products and services at such public rates.
OBLIGATIONS
OF OUR COMPANY
1.
Commission/Fee
A booking will qualify for commission when the customer will made
a full payment. We will not, however, pay a commission if our Company
has not received the full payment. Your commission will varie within 10%
to 15% of the accommodation charges. You will deduct your direct commission
from the final payment.
2.
Property description
It is possible that changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge.
In this event, we will endeavour to inform you of any changes but can
not be held responsible for any inaccuracies which are beyond our control
and for interruptions to supplies of water, electricity, or any lack of
facility beyond our reasonable control.
3.
Privacy and Security
All information sent to our Company via Internet is using encrypted
technology, through a secure server recognised and licensed by Thawte.

4.
Indemnity
Our Company is not responsible for any claims, loss or damage, cost
or expense (including reasonable Lawyer fees) to persons or property however
caused, which may occur on or about the accommodation, or upon arrival.
5.
Inclusions
We are not responsible for situations which may affect the Rental,
such as delays in arrival, strikes, and other causes or conditions beyond
our control. Under all circumstances, we follow international standards
of practice, thus all accommodations must be vacated at the latest by
10.00 hours on the date of departure and arrival should always be after
15.00 to 19.00 hrs, unless we have agreed and confirmed differently.
6.
Electrical appliances
Many properties have installed all types of appliances (dishwashers,
washing machines, air-conditioning, etc.). Our Company does not accept
responsibility for the malfunctioning or breakdown of these items.
7.
Force Majeure
If our Company cancels a previously confirmed booking for reasons
of "Force Majeure" (discomfort or inconvenience caused by the climate,
particular flora and fauna, barking dogs or sheep bell) at any time prior
to departure, we will offer the choice of an alternative accommodation,
or the full refund of the money paid.
Optional
Travel Insurance
An optional Travel Insurance is recommended for all bookings for the
protection of persons, property and personal liability. This policy will
ensure coverage in any event, including cancellation charges.
Non-Exclusivity
This agreement to sell our properties is of a non-exclusive nature
and we may appoint one or more additional Preferred Partners having marketing
our products in the same geographic area.
Rate
Information
All rates are quoted in Spanish Pesetas (PTAs), U.K. Pounds (£), or
Euros (€) within the Euro zone. In all other areas of the World, prices
will be quoted in United States Dollars (US$). Prices may be subject to
change in case of currency fluctuations (mostly with our International
accommodation) or changes in tariff, unless confirmed by us. All prices
mentioned on our confirmation booking are public rates. Unless specified,
service charges, taxes and other additional charges are included in the
rental prices. In some destinations, the service charges included do not
cover porterage of baggage, storage rooms or exceptional service for which
your Client may feel that a separate gratuity should be made directly
to the person your Client wish to gratify.
Copyright
and Trademarks
Any copyright in the materials remains the ownership of our Company.
Downloading and copying of any material is permitted and limited to the
fulfilment of the commercial processes of making a reservation.
All trademarks, Web addresses, graphics, logos and service names appearing
in our web sites or our Preferred Partner, printed material, etc, are
the Trademarks of Golden Mile Residences. This should not be utilised
in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in
any manner that disparages or discredits the company.
